Important check-in information 

There is no 24-hour reception service, so we kindly ask you to inform us of your arrival time.

Check-in can only take place between 15.00 and 19.00 by appointment. 

If you plan to arrive after 19:00, please always send an e-mail with your estimated time of arrival to [email protected] or call +39 348 31 32 270 at least 24 hours in advance.

You can leave your luggage before check-in from 10:00 to 14:00.

Once in front of the door, please call +39 348 31 32 270 for opening.

You will be asked to leave your luggage on the ground floor near the stairs and the floor plan you will see.

When you call us for your luggage, please confirm your check-in appointment so that we can arrange the staff for the reception service.

Extra-time check-in 

Check-in after 19:00 is only possible if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment and is subject to availability.

Supplements are:

From 19:00 to 01:00 there is an extra charge of 20.00 euro

It is not possible to check-in after 01:00 a.m.

On the 24th and 31st December, it will be possible to check-in only until 18:00, therefore on the 25th December and 1st January there are no opening hours, the service remains from 15:00 to 19:00 by appointment.
